According to the Charter of BDTU and the Law of Juridical person with none economic purpose, Supreme body of the Association is The General Assembly. Its functions are listed in the Charter of BDTU and the Law of Juridical person with none economic purpose.
The General delegational meetings are regular and special. On the General delegational meeting delegates choose Central Management Council, Central Control Committee and Central Ethic committee for mandate of four years.

The Central Management Council consists of President, three Vice-presidents and seven members. The President is a Chairman of the Central Management Council.
The Central Management Council chooses a secretary between its members.
Quota of the representation for the choice of delegates for regular and special General delegational meetings is determined from the Central Management Council.
The functions of the Central Management Council are listed in the Charter of BDTU and the Law of Juridical person with none economic purpose. The method of work of the Management Council is regulated in the Statute for work of the Central Management Council.
 
The Central Control Committee consists of three members – Chairman and two members. This body checks the income and outcome on accepted budget of the Association, the management property and reports at the General Assembly.
The General Assembly is the only body which can changes the number of the members of Management council, Control Committee and Central Ethic committee and their mandate duration.

The General Assembly, the Central Management Council and the Regional association can accept new members in the Union . The members of BDTU in the individual areas are united in regional associations.
The Regional association can be juridical person and it is the organizational subdivision of the BDTU. The association makes a Statute for its activity, which is approved from Management Council. The Society chooses Chairmen or chairmanship with at least three members and a secretary-treasurer.
The guidance of the society realizes relations with Management Council and performs its and the General Assembly decisions
